(MOREPIC1) The Punjab Health Department has appointed Dr. Rohit Goyal as Civil Surgeon in District Fazilka. Earlier, he was serving as Assistant Civil Surgeon, which he will continue to do.
He has also served as Senior Medical Officer in Civil Hospital. Dr. Rohit Goyal, who belongs to Abohar, was warmly welcomed by all the officers and staff of the Health Department on his appointment. Dr. Raj Kumar, who was earlier holding the charge of Civil Surgeon, seated Dr. Goyal on the chair.
Dr. Goyal said that initiatives will be taken to reach the people with more dedication with the schemes and facilities of the Health Department. He asked the staff and officials of the department to ensure good treatment of patients coming to the hospital and common citizens. Treat each person's work on a priority basis. Dr. Eric and Dr. Arpit Gupta were also present on the occasion.
