Leading architect and former Director of Ludhiana Smart City Ltd Sanjay Goel attended 'Design Baithaki' as one of the panelists during 'Design Unfiltered' organised at Amritsar.
Other panelists were Ar Shubham Poply, Ar Sonaly Mahajan, Ar Harsh Parmar and session was moderated by Ar Pankaj Chhabra, Head of the Architecture Department, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
Topic of panel discussion was 'How luxury residences can embody both sustainability and premium design sensibilities'.
On his return here, Ar Sanjay Goel said during conclave he shared his vast experience with respect to the topic and told gathering about sustainability in upcoming buildings specially residences. He also replied regarding sustainability, energy conservation, more greenery etc in upcoming cities as technical expert in Ludhiana Smart City Ltd. He expressed satisfaction that more and more people are conserving energy and saving a lot of electricity and water in their buildings.
Inaugural address was delivered by one of the leading architects from Amritsar and curator Ar Narottam Singh and closing remarks were shared by another curator Ar Praneet Bubber.

Master Architects awards from Amritsar were given to Ar Mohinderjeet Singh and Dr S S Behl – former HOD & Dean GNDU, Amritsar by Chief Guest Ar Pritpal Singh Ahluwalia.
Participants in 'Unfiltered dialogue: Indian luxury and the young collectors' were Ar Vishal Kakaria, Ar Samriddh Aneja and Ar Imaan Bhullar and they all shared in detail their experience as architects.
Conclave was attended by hundreds of Architects from all over Punjab.
Design Unfiltered conclave was organised by Komal Jha and her team. Conclave was a great success and everyone learnt more from each other.
