Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) initiated Plantation Drive in Sector 7 under the guidance and supervision of Block President Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Traffic Marshal and Area councellor Mr. Maheshinder Singh Sidhu Ex Senior Deputy Mayor of Municipal Corporation.
The plantation drive was started at 10 AM and continue till 12 PM opposite Soni Motors outside sports complex.
The BJP workers planted trees in the area to clean environment of the City Bautiful.
Mr. Mahesh Inder Singh Sidhu and Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma said, the plantation drive will continue time to time in the area.
Both the leaders appealed to protect the planted trees.
