The Central Bureau of Investigation has filed a chargesheet against four accused including public servant, private persons in the Court of Special Judge, POSCO Cases, District Chandauli (Uttar Pradesh) in a case related to Child Sexual Abuse.
CBI had registered the instant case on 29.04.2022 against two accused residents of District Banda(Uttar Pradesh) & District Patna on the allegations that both of them had shared and exchanged various Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) i.e. picture / videos depicting children in obscene or indecent or sexually explicit manner between the period January 2015 and February, 2016 onwards.
Search was earlier conducted at the residential premises of accused (a public servant) at Rourkela (Odisha), Raipur, Patna (Bihar) which led to recovery of incriminating material / items/articles including mobile phones, Micro SD card, hard disc and others material. The said accused was working as Assistant Loco Pilot, South Eastern Railway, Rourkela (Odisha) and besides the resident of Banda(UP), he was allegedly in contact with several unknown individuals through Blued/ Grinder (mobile application).
It was alleged that the said public servant was in touch with one person(resident of District Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh) with whom he was sharing/transmitting/collecting CSEM in lieu of money. It has been revealed that the said person lured minor victims by interacting with them in friendly manner, offering them his mobile phone for playing videogames, giving them chocolate/sweets small gifts and some money etc.
The said person(resident of Chandauli) took nude photographs of victim/s and also threatended them to face dire consequences if they raise their voice against their exploitation. Both the said accused allegedly assaulted the minor victims sexually and had allegedly instigated the Minor Children(mentally/physically/Psychollgically) to perform Sexual Assault activities with each other so that their such act of sexual activities could be captured/recorded.(SUBHEAD)
Both the accused(resident of Patna & Chandauli) allegedly exposed all 03 Minor Children as subject matter of sexual assault/exploitation physically by other persons during the period between 2019 to 2022. The Minor Victims were no option but to follow the alleged directions of both the accused at this stage. Later on, the accused (resident of District Chandauli) also called another person(also a private person/ owner of a private institute at Chandauli) for sexually assaulting minor children. The said another person visited and assaulted the victims.
During investigation, it was found that the Minor victims were forced and instigated to perform sexual activities with each other as well. The accused captured such activities in mobile phone and further transmitted the same through various social media platforms/applications such as Whatsapp and Telegram etc.
During investigation, all the three accused (resident of District Patna, District Chandauli etc.) were arrested. Presently, all are in judicial custody. The first accused (resident of District Banda & also named in FIR) was already in judicial custody. All the 03 Minor victims have been rescued.Further investigation to explore the involvement of other persons is continuing.
