BSF Sr Sec School, Jalandhar Cantt organized 27th three days Annual Athletic Meet which commenced on 3rd November 2022 with a colourful opening ceremony in Ashwini Stadium. Principal Mrs Sarla Mishra extended a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, Sh. B N Pradhan, DIG (Comn), Ftr HQ BSF Pb, Jalandhar Cantt and other dignitaries present on the occasion.
(MOREPIC1) The series of events started after the chief guest declared the meet open. It was a fun filled day for children bursting with energy and enthusiasm to participate in various events organized for them. The highlights of sports day were March Past, P T Show, dumbbell and western dance. Other special attractions included frog race, 50 mtr, 100 mtr, 200 mtr and 400 mtr and various track and field events.
The Chief Guest Sh. B N Pradhan, DIG (Comn), Ftr HQ BSF Pb, Jalandhar Cantt awarded medals and certificates to the winners and addressed the audience. The Chief Guest laid stress on the need and importance of physical activities for the overall development of children. He blessed the children for their promising future.
