President Draupadi Murmu woke up at Brahmamuhurta at 3.30 am on Wednesday at the Gyan Sarovar Academy of the Brahma Kumaris in Mount Abu and meditated till around 4.30 am. She attended a spiritual satsang (murli class) at 7 a.m., which lasted till 7.45 a.m.
She said, “I feel that God helps me in times of difficulties. In times of ups and downs in life, God never let us feel weak. You never get anything ahead of time in life. Everything comes when the time comes. Today also morning starts with daily meditation as before.” During her stay, the President gave special preference to meditation, solitude and sattvic food.(SUBHEAD)
Later, President Murmu reached the Pandav Bhawan where she offered floral tributes at the Shanti Stambh, the tomb of Brahma Baba. At the same time, after reaching the meditation room, Baba's hut, Baba's room, meditated on Shiv Baba in solitude for some time, moved in the History Hall. She then returned to Gyan Sarovar and gave the message of environmental protection by planting saplings.
