In Anjali hit and run case of Sultanpuri the 7th accused Ankush had surrendered in the Police Station yesterday and he was produced in the Rohini Court and police demanded police custody of the accused.
Mr.Sagar Preet Hooda, IPS, Special CP/ Law & Order (Zone II).He had conspired to shield his brother Amit Khanna. However, the punishment under Section 201/212 – IPC is three years only. Hence, it is a bailable offence.
Ld. Court granted him bail on the personal bond of Rs 20000.
