THE FURTHER DIRECTED TO ATTACH THE SALARIES OF ALL FOUR XENS OF MCL & TO THEIR PRESENCE BE PROCURED THROUGH BAILABLE WARRANTS IN THE SUM OF RS.5,000/- EACH ON NEXT DATE

After hearing the humble submission of Er. Kapil Dev (Petitioner in person), the Hon'ble court of Sh. Harsimranjit Singh (Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ludhiana) has directed the Municipal Commissioner to appear personally on next date & further directed to attach the Salaries of all four XENs of MCL & to their presence be procured through bailable warrants in the sum of Rs.5,000/- each on next date.

The Chairman of LIT and Administrator, GLADA also been directed to appear and submit affidavit on next date to the effect that they have removed the interlocking tiles from the restricted areas around of the trees under their jurisdiction.

In addition of it , Concerned XEN’s of GLADA and LIT have been directed not to release any amount to contractor till further orders of the court. Next hearing to come up on 1-2-23.
