CONDUCTS SEARCHES AT TWENTY LOCATIONS

The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered four separate cases on the request of Government of Uttarakhand & further notification by Government of India and has taken over the four FIRs No. 13/2018, 13/2022, 15/2022 & 31/2022 earlier registered at Police Station Rajpur, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) against the accused including private persons etc.
It was alleged that the accused in conspiracy with others, encroached on the government land & carried out illegal constructions and further grabbed land of others by falsification of sale deeds etc. thereby causing gain to themselves and loss to Government & other private individuals.
Searches are being conducted on Wednesday around 20 places including at Dehradun (Uttarakhand) at the premises of the accused. Investigation is continuing.
