The police raided the Gazal Hotel in Sector-2 under Parwanoo Police Station, Solan and arrestedGhazal Hotel hotel owner and a female, said to be a resident of Zirakpur from Room No. 102 where the prostitution racket was running.
Police raided after a decoy customer Police constable visited the hotel for bargaining for prostitution in the hotel. When the deal was final and the girl reached at Roop No. 102,,. police party raided the hotel and arrested the hotel owner Mohan Kumar Tuli and a woman. Police said the person sitting at the counter who on asking his name told his identitity as Mohan Kumar Tuli s/o Basat Ram Tuli resident of house number-288 Kuradi Mohalla Kalka district Panchkula Haryana and owner of Hotel Ghazal. The woman sitting on the sofa identified herself as resident of Zirakpur , Punjab.
Parwanoo Police has registered a case under section 3, 4, 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act, and investigating. SHO Parwanoo police station Phool Chand told that the arrested people are being interrogated about other people involved in this sex racket and soon will be nabbed.
