Border Security Force (BSF) troops on Wednesday at about 0850 AM, while carrying out area domination, ahead of border fence observed 02 small iron containers lying in farming field ahead of border fence near Village – Bharopal, District – Amritsar.
On opening both the containers, narcotic substance, suspected to be heroin, (Gross weight – 880 Gms) was found in the cavity of the containers. Small magnets (02 with each container) also found attached with the containers to make them stick to the underneath metallic cavities of tractors / agro – machines, going ahead of border fence for farming activities.
Vigilant troops of BSF, once again, foiled nefarious design of drug smugglers.
