A case FIR No. 41, U/S 408, 420, 477A, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh on the complaint of Prem Chand Kataria (Accounts Manager for Universal Corporation Limited) R/o Plot No. 181/37, Ph-1 Ind. Area, Chandigarh .
The complainant alleged that Suraj Kumar R/o # 665, Vikash Nagar Mauli Jagran, Surya Parkash Shukla R/o # 1143, Ram Darbar Chandigarh, Manohar Lal R/o # 3190, Airforce Colony, Sector-31/D, Chandigarh and Sumit R/o # 1251, Phase-2, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh.

Rs. 1,01,23,200/- by way of creating forged documents and electronic records and by abusing his authority and manipulating company system data and documents and transferring the funds to some other account, for their own benefit. Investigation of the case is in progress.
