The team of Police Station-36 Chandigarh under the directionand supervision of senior officers achieved a major success by cracking a conspiracy of Narcotics Drug case. Which was hatched by the group of accused in which a case FIR No. 163 Dated 18.06.2023 U/S 21 NDPS Act PS-36 Chandigarh was registered and 12 gram heroin was recovered from previous arrested accused Anil Kumar (Manager of Hotel K.D. Residency Village-Kajheri, Sector-52, Chandigarh).
That interrogation of previous arrested accused Anil Kumar conducted in which it came to know that the kingpin of this gray market runs Hotel K.D. Residency Village-Kajheri Sector-52 Chandigarh and they used to sale Heroin/Chitta (Narcotics Drugs) in and around his hotel through his staff/manager and he used to buy the Narcotics Drug from Delhi & Punjab and sold out in form of small pouches.
(SUBHEAD)Now, the main accused conspirator Parveen Garg (Owner of Hotel K.D. Residency) has been caught in present case and on his instance 14.30 gram heroi n recovered from his hotel. He is a habitual criminal the following cases are registered against him
Case FIR No. 303 Dated:- 18.06.2022 U/S 21& 29 NDPS Act PS-Zirakpur PB and Case FIR No. 285 Dated:-14.10.2022 U/S 21 NDPS Act PS-36, Chandigarh.
The investigation of the case is going on and more arrest are likelytobemade out to break out this drug syndicate.
