WORLD GATKA FEDERATION TO ORGANISE INTERNATIONAL GATKA SEMINAR ON JULY 23 IN NEW JERSEY

The World Gatka Federation, the apex international governing body of Gatka game, is organizing the first International Gatka Seminar on Sunday, July 23 at Shri Guru Singh Sabha Gurdwara Sahib, Glen Rock, New Jersey, USA. Apart from this, the Gatka Federation U.S.A. will organise a Gatka refresher course for referees and coaches in association with the World Gatka Federation on Saturday 22nd July at Baba Makkhan Shah Lubhana Sikh Centre, South Richmond Hill, New York.
(SUBHEAD)(MOREPIC1) Giving this information, World Gatka Federation President Harjeet Singh Grewal, General Secretary Dr. Deep Singh and president of Gatka Federation USA Daler Singh said this Gatka seminar is being organized in collaboration with International Sikh Martial Arts Council and Gatka Federation USA. Its theme is how Gatka game is beneficial for self-defense, women empowerment and against drug abuse.
They informed that this international seminar would be organized in collaboration with the Management Committee of Gurudwara Glen Rock during which Gatka experts would throw light on the role of Gatka on various topics from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm. They appealed to all Gatka players and Sangat to participate in both the programmes.
