PUNJAB GOVERNMENT FILES CM IN HIGH COURT TO EXPEDITE RECRUITMENT OF 5994 TEACHERS

The Punjab Government filed a CM in the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Tuesday to resolve the case regarding the recruitment of 5994 ETT teachers in the Punjab School Education Department.

High court has fixed next hearing on March 4,2024.

Giving information about this matter, a spokesman of the Punjab government stated that the state government has requested the High Court through CM for the early resolution of the case related to the recruitment of 5994 teachers. The government emphasized to the court the urgent need for primary teachers in Punjab's government schools and urged for a prompt resolution of the matter.

Pertinently, the Punjab Government, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is actively working to expedite the recruitment process.
