Raj Sadosh/Malout/Balluana

Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal today said the AAP had bankruptedPunjab and destroyed its economy.

The SAD president appealed to Punjabis to join him in liberating the State from the looters of Delhi. “The time has come to reject AAP and send it packing back to Delhi and simultaneously bring in a pro-people and pro-poor government of the Shiromani Akali Dal which believes in all round development, peace and communal harmony”, the SAD president said while leading a cavalcade of vehicles stretching for kms in Malout and Balluana.

(SUBHEAD)Sukhbir Badal said “my mother Surinder Kaur ji was associated with Malout for decades. Not only did she manage election campaigns in this constituency but was also responsible for all round development of the constituency”. He lamented that civic amenities had been ignored for the last seven years in Malout during the previous Congress and now AAP governments. “I appeal to you to repose your faith in the SAD to bring back the era of speedy development and end the jungle raj of AAP”.

Istri Akali Dal volunteers led by Bibi Hargobind Kaur also joined the Yatra in large numbers.
