Strange are the ways PSPCL Kharar is working nowadays When Sh. Arun Sharna, Vetern Journalist, went to pay the electricity6 bill, the system was down. The bill clerk gave a manual bill receipt without a date . When asked, the clerk said there was no need since the number was there.
Now the text message comes saying, Pay the bill or power will be disconnected. It shows that it is not entered in the system .
When asked by the Customer care person, he said, that I should go to the PSPCL office to show the bill , to enter in the system. Is it my duty, as the fault is with PSPCL Kharar ?, question Arun Sharma.
Sh. Arun Sharma , demanded, there should be probe into PSPCL Kharar bill system.
