District Election Officer cum Deputy Commissioner Dr Senu Duggal today visited the counting centers set up for counting the votes of Abohar and Balluana assembly constituencies for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024.
She reviewed the security situation and other preparations and saw the strong room. She said that every activity at the counting centers will be under the surveillance of CCTV cameras and there will be three layers of security.
The DC said that counting of votes in Abohar Assembly Constituency will be held at DAV College of Education and counting of Balluana Assembly Constituency at DAV College Auditorium here.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (G). Rakesh Kumar Popli, ADC (Development) cum Assistant Returning Officer Balluana Amarinder Singh Malhi, SDM Abohar Pankaj Bansal were also present.
