The victim Naunihal Singh Sodhi while narrating his grief to the media, said, that he has 2 bighas of ancestral land in Bishanpura, Zirakpur in her sister name Asha Sodhi,, which was acquired by NK Sharma in 1996 using his influence , when he was a Sarpanch of Lohgarh, in 2004, according to Sodhi GPA of Asha Sodhi, said, the sale deed , shown 67 lakh rupees, while everyone knows that the real value would have been in crores. Naunihal Singh Sodhi said that when he got some documents about this land in the past, he came to know about this land and when he researched about it, he came to know about this feat of NK Sharma.

Sodhi informed that Sharma has been his childhood classmate and later a political partner for many years, but he is very hurt by his act.
He said that he would soon initiate legal action against Sharma. At the same time, he informed that they are being pressured in many ways to silence them, and all tactics are being tried, such as Sam-Dam-Dand-Bhed, but they will not sit quietly. He also informed that retired police officer Dharam Singh Mohi's son Nalin Prabhat Mohi IPS is also a senior officer and is posted as DG of NSG.
