(SUBHEAD)Mr. Ankit Singh, IPS, DCP, Dwarka, said, said, on 03.07.2024 a secret information was received at police post, Sector-10, Dwarka court that one person who had been declared PO by the Hon’ble court of Ludhiana, Punjab on 30.04.2024 would come at Dwarka Court.
If timely raid is conducted, he can be caught red handed. Showcasing proficient levels of policing, with loosing on time, at the instance of secret informer, Accused Anil Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Kumar, R/o Village Sismor, Near Jat Chowpal, District Kaithal, Haryana, Age 36 Year was made to land in the clutches of dedicated sleuths of PP Sec-10 Dwarka.
After checking the records, he was found declared PO on 30.04.2024 by Hon’ble court of Ms. Satvir Kaur, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ludhiana, Punjab in case FIR No. 39/2023, U/s 498A IPC, PS Women, Ludhiana, Punjab. After that information was shared with SHO/Women, Ludhiana, Punjab.
Anil Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Kumar, R/o Village Sismor, Near Jat Chowpal, District Kaithal, Haryana, Aged 36 Years., was not found in any previous involvement in any case.
