YOGA PERFORMED AT HEIGHT OF 4,350M

India made history on World Yoga Day at Pangong Lake, the World's highest saltwater lake situated more than the height of 4,350m and included in World Records London Book. Dr. BK Binny from Mount Abu conducted meditation for Health and Well-being at Weeklong Yoga Mahotsav. She also shared the message of Brahma Kumaris and received” Himalayan Yoga Award” honour”. 

Dr. Binny conducted Yoga & Meditation at 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐤𝐡’𝐬 𝐁𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 Weeklong International Festival of Yoga and Meditation for World Peace & Harmony 2024. As part of the weeklong Festival of Yoga, session at the campus of University of Ladakh, Taru Thang. Yoga session, a seminar titled “𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 & 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐦: 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬” was organised. She also conducted Session on Yoga and Meditation for Health and Happiness for Ladakh Army Soldiers of highest height Soldiers of the World and motivated & appreciated them for Protecting India borders. Army made the arrangements for food and other facilities.

The seminar featured prominent educationists and Yoga experts, including Dr. Ishwar Basavareddi, Former Director of the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Ministry of Ayush, Ambassador Dr. Deepak Vohra, Dr. Markandey Rai, Chancellor of IGTAMS University, Arunachal Pradesh, and Senior Advisor at UN-HABITAT; Dr. Naveen K.V., Director of the Yogasema Stress & Lifestyle Clinic; Shri Mahesh Agarwal from Pyramid Societies; and Ganga Nandini, from Parmarth Niketan Ashram (Rishikesh).
