Lt Gen Manjinder Singh, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, South Western Command laid a wreath at Prerna Sthal Jaipur Military Station on Wednesday to commemorate 25 Years of victory of Kargil War and supreme sacrifice of our brave soldiers in Kargil.
The esteemed veterans along with all ranks of the Jaipur military station also paid tribute to the gallant soldiers who fought valiantly during Kargil War.
Rajat Jayanti Mahotsav of Kargil Vijay Diwas is being celebrated all across the country to celebrate 25 Years of famous victory on the Line of Control in Jammu & Kashmir where our bravehearts showcased extraordinary grit, courage and fortitude.
On this auspicious occasion, various events are being organised by Sapta Shakti Command which include a Mega Tree Plantation Drive, display of military bands, weapon and equipment display, screening of motivational movies, motivational talks by gallantry awardees and war veterans, visits of children to war memorials and wreath laying ceremonies.
