Haryana Directorate of School Education has directed to change the timings of government schools in the state on the occasion of Durga Ashtami on October 11.
A department spokesperson informed that on Friday school hours will be from 10 am to 2.30 pm, which will be the same for teachers and students.
He further informed that the time of the first shift in double shift schools will be from 10 am to 12.30 pm and the time of the second shift will remain the same as on other days, no change has been made
