A Case FIR No 10 U/S 318(4), 336(3), 340(2),61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 26 Chandigarh on the complaint of Rajinder Singh R/o # 1732, Sector-15 Panchkula Haryana and others against Sahil Singh, Jagdeep Singh, Mannat, and others of EIC visa, SCO No 17 2nd floor, Sector 07/C Chandigarh who cheated with complainant for Rs.8,34,690/-, to provide visa for Luxemburg .
No arrest has been made so far. Investigation of this case is in progress.
