SAPTA SHAKTI COMMAND ORGANISES SEMINAR ON AUGMENTED WELLNESS SUPPORT

A two-day seminar organised by the Sapta Shakti Command on “Augmented Wellness Support” concluded at Jaipur. Lt Gen Manjinder Singh, Army Commander, South Western Command and Lt Gen Nagendra Singh, Chetak Corps were present.  

Lt Gen JS Nain (Retd) former Army Commander Southern Command, Maj Gen VD Dogra (Retd), Ironman Triathlete and advocate of holistic fitness; Maj Gen Inderjeet Singh (Retd), a motivational speaker, Maj Gen V Hariharan and Lt Col Ankur Sabrawal, Psychologist and motivational speaker were among the speakers. 

(SUBHEAD)The panel included Spiritual Guru Gauranga Das, motivational speaker Yogesh Chabria, and renowned scientists and researchers including Dr Kamlesh Singh, Dr Nidhi Maheshwari, Dr Rajinder Sokhi and Dr Kalpana. Dharini Singh, a special educator, shared valuable insights on parenting children with special needs. 

Lt Gen Manjinder Singh appreciated the speakers for their valuable contributions and expressed gratitude for their role in enlightening and inspiring the audience. He emphasised upon the paramount importance of wellness in maintaining high morale, operational readiness and emotional resilience within the Armed Forces fraternity.
