NGOs ORGANISE DHWAJA YATRA

NGOs organised a grand “Dhwaja Yatra” (flags procession) on the call of Dharam Jagran Manch, in which hundreds of children, women and men participated.

People gathered at the Gaushala premises. Each participant carried a saffron flag in his hand, they were dancing, singing and wearing a saffron-colored turban, and enchanting Jai Shri Ram. Hundreds of saffron color flags were fixed on tree-guards, shops, poles and it looked as if all the roads were soaked with these. Children were the center of attraction in the saffron flag journey while scattering. Apart from this, a tableau against drug addiction, also caught everyone's attention.

The procession passed through various markets of the town, the participants were welcomed on the way. Stalls of food items were set up. Apart from various saints, representatives of NGOs.

The participants included MLA Sandeep Jakhar, former MLA Arun Narang, Gaushala president Fakir Chand Goyal and RSS Pracharak Ramesh Kumar Jammu.
