In a significant step towards promoting spiritual wellness and social upliftment, The Satkarmic Mission Foundation has announced the construction of a grand ashram spread over 25 acres at Shukarteerath in Uttar Pradesh. Located on the sacred banks of the Ganga in Shukartaal—a town that draws thousands of pilgrims during Kartik Purnima—the initiative is expected to boost spiritual tourism and provide a nurturing ecosystem for seekers, senior citizens, and vulnerable children.
Leading the initiative is Baba Inder Preet Singh, the spiritual head of The Satkarmic Mission, known for his deep connect with youth and his motivating discourses on purpose, discipline, and emotional well-being. At a press briefing in the capital on Tuesday, Baba Inder Preet Singh described the ashram as “a home for the soul, a sanctuary where healing and transformation will begin.” He emphasized that the ashram will not only be a spiritual centre, but also a place of action—serving the aged, educating the young, and supporting the lost.
(SUBHEAD)The ashram will feature temples dedicated to Maa Baglamukhi and Radha Krishan, as well as a Gurudwara Sahib, welcoming people of all faiths. Alongside its spiritual offerings, it will include a sarai (residential lodging), a gaushala, a gurukul, a senior citizens’ home, and an orphanage. Keeping up with the needs of its global follower base, the ashram will also provide online havan services and custom havan kunds for both personal and collective spiritual practice.
The Mission has been actively working across Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Uttarakhand to address issues such as drug addiction and mental distress through public discourses and impact sessions. Among the Mission’s key spiritual guides are Harmeet Singh, who advocates for happiness within families and workplaces, Aman Bandvi, whose “Fateh” sessions focus on conscious leadership and purposeful living, and Bibi Harleen Kaur, a compassionate voice for mindfulness, inner balance, and spiritual awakening.
In a nod to the future, the Mission has also tied up with the India Blockchain Alliance, headed by Raj Kapoor, a noted technologist and Mission Master. The collaboration aims to integrate spiritual wisdom with modern-day digital tools, enabling wider access to discourses, rituals, and community engagement through tech platforms.
With construction set to begin, the Shukartaal Ashram is being viewed as a bold step forward—an attempt to merge tradition with innovation, devotion with service. It promises to be not only a centre for spiritual evolution but a space of healing, education, and holistic care for all.
