THE COMMENTS BY BJP MP ON THE SUPREME COURT AND THE SILENCE OF THE PARTY PRESIDENT RAISE SEVERAL QUESTIONS:--THEN WHY HASN'T A SHOW-CAUSE NOTICE BEEN ISSUED?, IF THE BJP MP'S PERSONAL OPINIONS AMOUNT TO DISREGARD FOR THE CONSTITUTION:, PRIME MINISTER REMAINS SILENT ON THE CONTINUOUS ASSAULTS ON THE CONSTITUTION:, THE BJP NO LONGER TRUSTS CONSTITUTIONAL INSTITUTIONS EITHER:-KUMARI SELJA

The General Secretary of the All India Congress Committee, former Union Minister, and MP from Sirsa Kumari Selja said that by commenting on the Supreme Court, the BJP is damaging the dignity of the country's constitutional institutions. The BJP must clarify on whose instructions their leaders are making such comments on the apex court.
However, the BJP remains completely silent on these unacceptable comments about the judiciary. Even the Prime Minister has remained silent on repeated attacks on the Constitution. Meanwhile, although the BJP has tried to distance itself from the comments made by its MPs on the Supreme Court and the Chief Justice of India (CJI), if those comments were personal opinions, why has the party not issued show-cause notices to both MPs?
Kumari Selja said that the BJP has not even spared the Supreme Court and is now pointing fingers at it. The BJP is also showing distrust towards constitutional institutions. Kumari Selja noted that the BJP has been in power for 11 years, and its leaders must answer whose instructions they are following to target the Supreme Court and the Congress. The Prime Minister’s continuous silence on repeated attacks on the Constitution might be interpreted as silent support for those attacks. BJP President JP Nadda claimed these were personal opinions of the MPs, but Kumari Selja questioned why no action has been taken against the two MPs, and why they have not been served show-cause notices.

Grain Markets are full of grain, yet the farmer’s hands are empty:-Kumari Selja
Kumari Selja said that the grain markets in the state are overflowing with wheat. Due to lack of space inside the markets, wheat piles are now lying on roads and open grounds outside. There's no system in place to lift the grain. The government talks about timely payments, but they’re not happening. Despite markets being full of grain, farmers remain empty-handed.
The government's orders for lifting grain within 48 hours have proven to be mere lip service. Kumari Selja said that through the “Meri Fasal Mera Byora” portal, the government had complete data on wheat cultivation and expected yield. So why didn’t they plan accordingly? The government is fully responsible for the current situation. She added that farmers should not bear the consequences of government negligence. If wheat is procured from the farmer but not lifted and it gets damaged, holding the farmer responsible is completely unfair. After procurement, the responsibility lies with the agency, not the farmer.
