CYBER POLICE STATION, DWARKA DISTRICT ARRESTED CYBER STALKER FOR HARASSING HIS EX-FEMALE FRIEND, ACCUSED CREATED FAKE GMAIL ACCOUNTS AND SEND OBSCENE PHOTOS & VIDEOS TO HER & HER RELATIVES., ONE LAPTOP & ONE MOBILE PHONE BEING USED IN COMMISSION OF CRIME RECOVERED FROM HIS POSSESSION.

A complaint regarding creation of fake Gmail accounts was received at Cyber PS Dwarka on On 07.04.2023, wherein the complainant alleged that someone has created three fake Gmail accounts and sending obscene photos and videos of complainant on her Gmail account.
(MOREPIC1)The alleged person also shares the same obscene photos and videos of complainant herself with relatives. As per the version of the complainant a case vide FIR No. 51/23 U/s 67 IT Act was registered at Cyber PS Dwarka and investigation was taken up.
Under the supervision of Sh. Ram Avtar, ACP/Ops Dwarka, a team led by Insp. Jagdish Kumar, SHO/Cyber Dwarka, consisting SI SahilGahlawat, ASI Mukesh, and HC Vikas was constituted in this regard.(SUBHEAD)
On the basis of technical surveillance and analysis of IPDR details of the alleged fake Gmail accounts, the alleged person was located in the streets of Uttam Nagar & Mohan Garden area. Accordingly, the alleged person namely ManasLahora R/o LaxmiVihar, Mohan Garden, New Delhi, Age 19 years was arrested from the area of Mohan Garden. The alleged boy was interrogated and he admitted that he was in a relationship with the complainant since 2021 and later in year 2023 she refused to be in relationship with him.
Mr. Surinder Choudhary, IPS, ADDL. DCP, Dawarla. saod. on in order to take revenge and defame the complainant, he created fake Gmail accounts and send obscene photos and videos of her to the complainant and her family members through these fake Gmail accounts. From the possession of accused ManasLahora, one laptop being used in the commission of the crime was recovered. One mobile phone was also recovered from his possession having Instagram chats with the complainant.
The accused identified as Manas Lahora R/o LaxmiVihar, Mohan Garden, New Delhi, Age 19 years.(Student of 1st year in B.Sc. Electronics)
RECOVERY-: 1 laptop and 01 mobile phone being used in commission of crime.
