Senior Citizens were reportedly upset over working of Kharar Municipal Council especially they upset from the Property Tax Branch of the MC.
Veteran Journalist Mr. Arun Sharma, resides in Gillco Valley said, a surprise check or investigation should be done into the working of MC Kharar Property Tax department.
He said, I saw many Senior citizens cut a sorry figure, when they came to know that the internt was down, they can't take the Payment.
He further said, one of the staffers spoke rudely with a Senior Citizen. He question whtere there is any alternate provision to accept cash payment so that the seniors may not be suffered harrassment.
He demanded when there is no proper internet services, MC should stop online payment and MP and MLA of the area must intervene to the dignity of Senior Citizens.
