GAMC GETS THE BEST RANKING IN THE NRISG REPORT 2022-23

In the National Rural Institution Sustainability Grading Annual Report 2022-23, released recently by the Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India, local Gopichand Arya Mahila College has set a new record in the region by getting A grade in Green Cover on Campus, Surface Water Harvesting, Rooftop Water Harvesting, Rooftop Solar System and in Waste Management.

It is worth mentioning that this is the best in the grading done at the national level. Principal Dr. Rekha Sood Handa expressed immense happiness and said that the college had earlier won “District Green Championship Award-2022” last year and this year also it has maintained the glorious tradition of excellent achievements by getting good ranking at the national level.

She thanked Samarth Sharma (Consultant MGNCRE, GOI) for his guidance and support to the college from time to time. She also congratulated the group that includes Nodal Officer Amandeep Kaur, Paridhi Kataria, Priyanka, Vanita, Jyoti Singhmar and Tajwinder over the achievement.
