Alert picket staff of PS-SP Badli has recovered 01 sophisticated 9 MM Pistol, 14 live cartridges and 01 additional pistol magazine from 02 criminals and 01 JCL.
On 10.04.2023 HC Inder and HC Bikram were deputed for picket duty at Mukarba Chowk, GTK Road, P.S. Samaypur Badli Delhi. At around 8 PM two people came in an Auto. Their behavior was suspicious and after seeing police both of them started to flee towards drain. They were stopped and searched by the staff. One pistol 9MM with 4 live cartridges 9MM in Magzine was found in possession in one person who has been identified as Jaiveer R/o Village Begam Pur Tahar Pur, PS Bapoli, Distt Panipat, Haryana Age 27 Yrs. Five live cartridges 9MM have been recovered from the possession of second person identified as JCL age 15 Yrs.(SUBHEAD)
On interrogation they disclosed that the person who provided them the pistol and cartridges is standing below Mukarba Chowk Flyover. The said third person has been also nabbed by HC Inder and HC Bikram and one Magazine with 5 live cartridges 9MM and Rs. 11500/- recovered from the third person identified as Manoj Salvi R/o Village Bori, PS Kurapat, Distt, Udaipur, Rajasthan Age 19 Yrs.
On the basis of above said recoveries of illegal firearms and cartridges, a case vide FIR No. 346/23 U/s 25/54/59 A.Act has been registered on the statement of HC Inder. The accused Jaiveer and Manoj Salvi have been arrested and CCL has been apprehended in the case.
Mr. Ravi Kumar Singh, IPS, DCP, Outer North Distt, said, during interrogation they disclosed that they had came to Delhi to threaten one property dealer at his office situated near pillor No. 691, Uttam Nagar, Delhi after receipt instructions from gangster Anmol Bishnoi. On 10.04.2023 at about 2 PM CCL threatens the said property dealer by showing/targeting Pistol upon him at his office situated near pillor No. 691, Uttam Nagar, Delhi while other two remained there.
The accused Manoj Salvi came in touch with Anmol Bishnoi through one Kali and Prince by using Instagram and Signal app. On receipt instruction from Anmol Bishnoi, Manoj Salvi reached at Panipat where one person handed over the above said weapon and Rupees to him. Thereafter accused Jaiveer contacted him and taken him to his house where they stayed in the night of 09.04.2023. In the morning of 10.04.2023 accused Jaiveer called JCL who is the resident of neighbor village and all three reached the Delhi and threaten the Property dealer at his office in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. In this regard a FIR was registered in PS Bindapur, Delhi
