The AARSH organised is 100th seminar at Yogi Sabhagruh, Swaminarayan Mandir, Dadar, Mumbai. The title of the seminar was ‘Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s Contributions to the Spread of Akshar-Purushottam Darshan’.
Mahant Swami Maharaj lit the inauguration lamp. Four sessions were held on different topics. Prof. Dr. Narendra Pandya, Principal, Shree Somnath Sanskrit College, Veraval, Prakash Pathak, Prof. Dr. Shubhada Joshi, former Head, Philosophy Department, Mumbai University and Harikrishna Shastri Surat were among the speakers. The chairpersons for the sessions were: Mahamahopadhayay Dr. Bhadresh Swami, Dr. Vidyasinh Acharya, Chairperson, SatyadhanVidhayapith, Mulund, Mumbai, Prof. Dr. Purnima Dave and Dr. Viveksagar Swami.
Bhaktipriya Swami, Mahant, BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir, Dadar, Mumbai; Rajan Velukar, former Vice Chancellor, Mumbai University; Dr. RudraxSakarikar, Asst. Prof. Somaiya Institute of Religious Studies and Prof. Dr. Shrutiprakash Swami, Director, AARSH, Swaminarayan Akshardham, Gandhinagar shared the dais.
The main lecture was by Dr. Atmatrupt Swami, Associate Prof. AARSH, Swaminarayan Akshardham, Gandhinagar. Shrutiprakash Swami spoke about the previous 99 seminars and informed that audio recordings are available on the Akshar Amrutam app by BAPS.\
Mahant Swami Maharaj attributed this feat to Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s blessings and said, “Brahmaswarup Shastriji Maharaj had shown us the right path of devotion by creating Akshar-Purushottam mandirs and Pramukh Swami Maharaj established AARSH to spread this true doctrine”.
