SOLD GOVERNMENT LAND BY PREPARING FORGED DOCUMENTS, EARLIER GOT JOB IN DELHI CIVIL DEFENCE ON FORGED DOCUMENTS, Rs. 20,000/- REWARD DECLARED ON HIS ARREST

A team AGS/Crime Branch, arrested one rewarded proclaimed cheat namely Mohd. Israil; 35 years R/o Jagatpur, Burari, Delhi from Bagru area of Rajasthan.
Accused Israil prepared forged documents of a 300 sq. yards plot in Swaroop Nagar, Delhi and in association with his relatives namely Mehboob and Haroon Khan sold the land for Rs. 80 lacs to one Santosh Tripathi. A cheating/forgery case was registered in PS Swaroop Nagar in year 2021. Accused Israil was evading his arrest and was declared Proclaimed Person by the court. Rs. 20,000/- was also declared on his arrest.
PREVIOUS HISTORY:
Accused Israil prepared fake and forged marksheet/certificate of Inter-college Alipur, Aligarh, U.P. and in the year 2016 submitted the same to the Delhi government for getting job in Civil Defence. On the basis of forged documents, he got job in Delhi Civil Defence and worked there for about one year his documents were detected forged. A cheating/forgery case was registered against him at PS Civil Line, Delhi in year 2017. He was evading his arrest and left Delhi.
In the year 2021, he shifted to Yamunanagar, Haryana and started contract farming and after got failed in that he shifted to Kairana, Uttar Pradesh and started Furniture business there. He was changing his addresses and locations frequently to evade his arrest. With the help of technical surveillance and secret information, accused Mohd. Israil was traced and nabbed from Bagru area of Rajasthan, where he was doing furniture business.(SUBHEAD)
A team of AGS, Crime Branch led by Insp. Krishan Kumar, comprising of SI Sachin Gulia, ASI Kuldeep, ASI Brajlal, ASI Mukesh, HC Mintu, HC Shyamsunder, HC Dharamraj, HC Deepak, HC Narender, HC Omvir, HC Pappu and Ct Dheeraj under the close supervision of Sh. Naresh Kumar, ACP/AGS was constituted by Sh. Rohit Meena, DCP/Crime.
INTERROGATION AND MODUS OPERANDI : Mr.Ravindra Singh Yadav,, IPS, Special Commissioner of Police Crime Branch, said, the accused Mohd. Israil was born in Delhi and studied upto 6th class. In the year 2009, he shifted to Swaroop Nagar and started doing odd jobs in property dealer’s office, wherein he learned all tacts related to property documents.
In the year 2014, he started property dealing business with Mr. Haroon Khan but due to downfall in real estate business, in year 2016 he applied for job in Delhi Civil Defence after preparing forged documents. Wherein, a cheating case was registered against him in PS Civil Lines. After getting bail by the Court, for making easy money, he made plan to grab & sell government land by making forged documents.
