CHINAR BAGHLA CRACKS HJS EXAM IN FIRST ATTEMPT WITH RANK 6

Chinar, an alumnus of LRS DAV Sr Sec Model School and granddaughter of former Congress councilor Surinder Baghla has cracked Haryana Judicial Services Exam in first attempt, she got 6th Rank. Her parents in Jain Nagari here, Sanjeev Baghla and Rishu Baghla, said Chinar has given a Diwali gift to the family.

Chinar studied till class XII here and after clearing the Punjab University's entrance test, did a 5-year course in B. Com LLB from 2012 to 2017 at Chandigarh and emerged as gold medalist in Panjab University. She has been giving coaching at Chandigarh Judicial Academy and many of her students were serving as judicial magistrates.(SUBHEAD)

A topper in her school and college, Chinar developed a love for dance and modeling. She decided that life has to start from the highest level. His father is a shopkeeper while mother is a teacher in Sachkhand Convent School here. Her younger sister is working as a manager in Indian Bank at Amritsar and brother has passed CA second year. Chinar does not want to get lost in the crowd, but chose to make a different identity on the basis of her work.

She said that a lot of cases were pending in the courts, the same need to be settled as soon as possible to ensure justice quickly. She is proud of being a daughter of a small business family, people should give freedom to their daughters in carrying out higher studies and fix positive goals in life, she said.

DAV School principal Smita Sharma said Chinar was promising even during the school days and had a distinct identity of her own. She used to participate in extracurricular activities along with studies and whatever she did she did with determination.
