The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) , reported to have arrested a Sub Inspector posted at Police Station Jaffarpur Kalan, District South West, Delhi for demanding & accepting bribe of Rs.50,000/- from the Complainant.
A case was registered against the said Sub-Inspector posted at Police Station Jaffarpur Kalan, District- South West, Delhi on a complaint. It was alleged that the accused was demanding Rs.50,000/- from Complainant for giving him relief on a complaint pending against the Complainant and also for settling a land dispute in his favour.
CBI laid a trap and caught the accused red handed while accepting the bribe of Rs.50,000/- from the Complainant. Searches were conducted at the premises of accused at Delhi.
