• FRAUDSTERS CREATED WEBSITES FOR OFFERING JOBS IN THE NAME OF GIGOLOCLUB AND PLAYBOYCLUB USING FAKE MOBILE NUMBERS. • TWO ACCUSED PERSONS NAMELY AMIT GANDHI AND JAI KOCHAR ARRESTED WHILE THE ACCUSED WOMEN NAMELY MS. MAHI, MS. HARMAN, MS. RANJANA AND MS. LISHA WERE APPREHENDED AFTER A MONTH LONG PAINSTAKING INVESTIGATION.• THE COMPLAINANT NAMELY R/O BOULEVARD ROAD, TIS HAZARI LODGED A COMPLAINT ON NCRP ALLEGING THEREIN THAT HE WAS SEARCHING JOB OFFERS ON GOOGLE AND WAS INDUCED TO PAY RS. 58,158/- ON THE PRETEXT OF VARIOUS CHARGES I.E. REGISTRATION, MEETING AND MEDICAL ETC. • TWO WEBSITES “INDXXXX.COM” AND “PLAYBOYXXXX.COM” WERE CREATED AND FAKE MOBILE NUMBERS WERE MENTIONED TO RECEIVE CALLS. • NINE MOBILE PHONES WITH SIM CARDS RECOVERED FROM THE ACCUSED. ALSO NINE DEBIT CARDS LINKED WITH ACCUSED PERSONS WERE SEIZED.

Continuing the drive against Cyber fraudsters, who were duping gullible citizens, a dedicated team of Cyber Police Station North District comprising of SI Ranjit, SI Guman Singh, SI Raju Singh, HC Bhupender, HC Kaluram, HC Karambir and W/HC Sunita, under the close supervision of Inspr. Pawan Tomar, SHO/Cyber Police Station North and guidance of Shri Ratan Pal, ACP/Operations/North District, busted an Inter-State Gang of Cyber Fraudsters who were duping gullible victims on the pretext of offering jobs for Gigolo and Playboy Services.
A complaint on MHA Cyber Crime Portal from complainant r/o Boulevard Road, Tis Hazari, Delhi was received at Cyber Police Station North District wherein he alleged that he searched a number from Google and called for Job and the persons asked him to deposit Rs. 2,500/- for registration and was again asked to pay total Rs. 58,158/- on the pretext of various charges. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 78/22 dated 25.07.2022 u/s 420 IPC was registered at Cyber Police Station in this regard and investigation was carried out.
OPERATION: A dedicated team of PS Cyber North was tasked to identify and initiate legal action against the accused persons. The team conducted technical analysis of Call Details of several mobile numbers. Simultaneously, the team also traced the money transactions through several bank accounts and money wallets.
Detailed analysis revealed that the accused persons were operating from various locations in West Delhi and Patiala, Punjab.
Thereafter, raids were conducted and one accused namely Amit Gandhi, age-34 years was arrested on 26.07.2022 and mobile phones, SIM card and car XUV500 used in the offence were recovered on his instance. During further investigation co-accused Jai Kochar, age-32 years was also arrested on the same day.(SUBHEAD)
On identification of accused Amit Gandhi and Jai Kochar, co-accused Ms. Mahi, Ms. Harman, Ms. Ranjana and Ms. Lisha who were calling from Patiala, Punjab and Uttam Nagar, Delhi and asking money from victims on the pretext of Job were apprehended and Nine Calling Mobile Phones and SIM Cards were recovered from their possession.
INTERROGATION: Mr. Sagar Singh Kalsi, IPS, Dy. Commissioner of Police, said, accused persons disclosed that they got created two websites in the name of “Indxxxx and “Playboysxxxxs.com” and they mentioned fake Mobile Numbers on the websites and when any person would call on the Mobile numbers for Job, the accused girls would ask him initially to pay Rs. 2,500/- for registration and thereafter would ask to pay various charges i.e. Hotel Charges, Medical Charges etc. and when any person did not receive and services or Job from accused persons and would ask to return amount, the accused persons would block the mobile number of the victim.

Women registered at Police Stations Dwarka and Punjabi Bagh)., Mahi Gandhi @ Gurpreet W/o Amit Gandhi r/o Delhi, age-34 Years., Ms. Harman Kaur r/o Punjab, age-23 Years., Ms. Lisha r/o Delhi, age-25 Years. ,Ms. Ranjana r/o Delhi, age-21 Years.
