The staff celebrated National Doctor's Day by cutting a cake with Dr. Aarushi Nain at Urban Primary Health Center located near JP Park in Nai Abadi.
Dr. Aarushi thanked the staff and congratulated them on the auspicious occasion. She said that when all the doctors start their medical career, they have morality and the passion to help the needy. On the day of Doctor's Day, doctors get an opportunity to look into their inner self, understand their social responsibilities and make medicine a profession of human service, and not make the noble profession a commercial one.
Only then our celebrating this Doctor's Day will prove to be right and worthwhile. Dimple Rani, Assistant Secretary, ANM Union said that we are fortunate that we get a chance to work with the new generation of doctors. We have an opportunity to learn a lot from them.
On the National Doctor's Day, Civil Surgeon Fazilka Dr. Tejwant Singh Dhillon honored Dr. Gagandeep Singh, who served as SMO of CHC Wahabwala and Surgeon in Government Hospital Abohar. He was specially felicitated by the department in view of the excellent services rendered by him while serving as SMO in the Sub-divisional Civil Hospital Abohar during the peak of Corona period.
