Police booked two more immigration comapny on cheating for providing Visa to different persons.A Case FIR No 111 U/S 318(4), 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 34 Chandigarh on the complaint of vince R/o # Village Karode House Kadaivila Veede District Trivandrum Kerala against SCO NO 118-120, Sector 34 Chandigarh. They cheated the complainant for Rs.29,16,000/- regarding Visa.
In another Case FIR No 113 U/S 318(4), 316(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 34 Chandigarh on the complaint of Ram Kumar R/o # Village Kotla Nihang, Ropar Punjab against Neeraj and others owner of Rio Manpower Immigration SCO NO 54-55 4th floor, Sector 34 Chandigarh. They cheated the complainant for Rs. 80,000 /- regarding Visa.
No arrest has been made so far in both the cases , however the investigation of this case is in progress.
