following the thread of Happy Pasia network, Chandigarh Crime Branch on the directions of SP/Intelligence Sh Manjeet Sheoran, IPS, , SP/Crime, Sh Jasbir Singh, as per the guidance of DSP/ Crime,Sh Dhiraj Kumar and under the supervision of Insp. Satvinder Singh, succeeded in arresting one more notorious member of Babbar Khalsa Terrorist Group, Harwant Singh @ Harry, who remained involved in anti-nationalactivities and in firing cases on the directions of Manu Agwan and Happy Pasia in Punjab area.
The weapons / ammunitions were arranged by Harwant Singh @ Harry to commit Crime.For such tasks they received money from Manu Agwan, Happy Pasia and Gopi Nawasaria. They all are involved in anti-national activity with Harwinder Rinda a Pakistan based terrorist.
Apprehension of accused:
On 11.5.2025, with the technical assistance, manual inputs and on the identification of accused Jobanjit Singh @ Billa, one of the close aids of Happy Pasia gangster, Harwant Singh @ Harry S/o Major Singh R/o Village Hardo Putali Tehsil Ajnala District Amritsar Punjab has been apprehended and arrested from Daria, Chandigarh. Faced with the accused's hostile actions, the police team responded decisively, compelling him to surrender and ensuring the safety of all involved and recovered one pistol along with 03 live cartridges.
KNOW THE ACCUSED:
Singh @ Harry S/o Major Singh R/o Village Hardo Putali Tehsil Ajnala District Amritsar Punjab. He is active member of Happy Pasia – Harvinder Rinda (BKI) terrorist group. He recruited Sumandeep Singh and Jobanjit Singh @ Billa for Happy Pasia Group who already have been arrested in this case. He has to receive a consignment of weapons in Punjab on directions of Manu Agwan, but the consignment was recovered by Punjab Police before they could have got their hand on it.
