More than 80 charitable, art, and cultural institutions were served by Sanjay and Ekta Saini in 2023.
Their daughter Shree Saini the reigning Miss World 1st Runner-Up, the reigning Global Ambassador Miss World BWAP, the reigning Continental Queen of Miss World organization, Miss World America 2022 was also a part of these social service projects.
The family did not take any donations from any individual or any organization.
Ekta said that her mentor Julia Morley is her inspiration.
The Miss World America Organization contributed USD dollars 61,000 anonymously to an international Charitable organization, this is the highest contribution so far to one charity.

Ekta said that while living in America on the strength of rich values, her family's effort has been to rise above caste, creed considerations and help the needy.
