People thronged a sherwani shop in the Sadar Bazar here as Amit Sukhija, lookalike of megastar film star Amitabh Bachchan arrived with his son.
His looks and voice are very similar to megastar Amitabh Bachchan. People have seen him on Instagram and also follow him. His hair style, beard, face, glasses, tone of voice and walk style are exactly like Amitabh Bachchan.
A native of border town Jalalabad, Sukhija had settled in Delhi’s Chhatarpur area later. He earlier visited Abohar to choose a Sherwani on the occasion of her son's wedding but that went unnoticed as it was after the sunset hour. Now, he came simply to thank Billu Batra, owner of the shop, and give him a box of sweets.
Sukhija said that he liked Amitabh Bachchan's character of a soldier in the film Roti Kapada Aur Makaan very much. He has been following the mega star since childhood. He thanked God that he has made me a lookalike of Amitabh Bachchan due to which people love him a lot. Actually, I have stolen the love of Bachchan Saheb, he said.
Sukhija had some time back participated in the Kapil Sharma Show. He was given a lot of love and respect, Kapil Sharma and the audience got amused.
