Preparations have begun to bring back India's top gangsters and criminals involved in NDPS and violent crimes from abroad. These include Lawrence Bishnoi's brother Anmol Bishnoi, Rohit Godara, accused of firing at actress Disha Patni's house, Randeep Malik of Haryana and Goldy Brar, the mastermind of the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala.

Reliable sources said, for the first time, the Chandigarh Police is preparing a detailed dossier on these gangsters. It will include their names, photographs, criminal records, and complete details of their whereabouts. This dossier will be prepared within a month and will be submitted to the CBI. The Home Ministry has designated the CBI as the nodal agency for this entire process.

All police stations in Chandigarh,  the Operations Cell, the District Crime Cell, and the Anti-Narcotics Task Force are actively involved in this preparation. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has directed that a Special Operations (SOP) be developed in collaboration with the IB and NIA to bring these fugitives to India.

The Home Minister has asked states and central agencies to form special teams, including experienced lawyers, to expedite legal and diplomatic action. The dossiers will include complete information about the perpetrators' FIRs, court cases, interrogation statements, networks, associates, and whereabouts.
