(MOREPIC1)    Jio TV has announced that “The Light – A Journey Within” — an extraordinary animated documentary-feature tracing the journey of the Brahma Kumaris organization and its spiritual revolution — is now available for viewers on Jio TV and Jio TV Plus.

“The Light – A Journey Within” portrays the extraordinary life and early struggles of Brahma Baba, the founder of the Brahma Kumaris. The film blends animation with documentary storytelling to depict how Brahma Baba and the early sisters courageously navigated societal challenges, leading a spiritual revolution through women-led Rajyoga meditation that brought values of purity, peace, and empowerment to the world.

Based on the acclaimed book “Ek Adbhut Jeevan Kahani” by BK Jagdish Chandra Hasija, the film offers a unique cinematic experience of inner awakening and timeless wisdom. It is not just the story of one man but a movement that has transformed millions of lives across the globe.

“The Light” has already been recognized on multiple international platforms. It was successfully featured at IFFI (Goa) and the Cannes Film Festival (Indian Pavilion). The film won the Best Animated Feature Film Award at both the Rajasthan International Film Festival and the Nashik International Film Festival. Additionally, it has been screened in over 100 cities across India and in over 1,000 shows in India, Bangkok, Bali, and Mauritius, as well as at the Indian Embassies in Colombia, Chile, and Mexico.

The film is available in 6 dubbed languages (Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and French) and 12 subtitle languages, making it accessible to a global audience.
