The foundation stone was laid for the 16-super-specialty multi-specialty hospital to be built by Global Hospital. Brahma Kumaris Chief Administrator BK Mohini Didi, Additional Chief Administrator BK Munni Didi, Joint Chief Administrator BK Shashi, Abu Pindwara MLA Samaram Garasia, Additional General Secretaries BK Karuna, BK Mrityunjaya, Global Hospital Medical Director Dr. Pratap Middha especially participated in the coconut-breaking ceremony.
BK Mohini Didi said that this hospital will meet the needs of people in Sirohi district and ensure timely and appropriate treatment for local residents. MLA Samaram Grasiya said that in Sirohi district, victims of road accidents and various illnesses have to travel to Palanpur and Mehsana for treatment. The construction of this hospital will provide a big relief to them.
BK Addl Chief Administrator, BK Munni, said that people lose their lives due to the lack of access to all types of treatment. The hospital will prove to be a milestone. Other seniors said that the establishment of such a hospital was a commitment of the institute's former General Secretary and former Managing Trustee of Global Hospital, BK Nirwair Bhai, and that it was essential for the local population.
In the first phase, a 100-bed multi-super-specialty hospital will be completed. Along with this, there will be a residential facility for the attendant accompanying the patient so that there is no inconvenience of any kind.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation stone of the 250-bed Multi Super Speciality Hospital virtually two years ago.
