In an initiative to promote mental well-being and inner balance among students and staff, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh, organized an insightful workshop on “Introduction to Inner Engineering & Guided Meditation with Sadhguru” for Aryans students including Engineering, LAw, Nursing, Pharma, Paramedical, Physiotherapy etc.

The session was conducted by Atheer Al-Sarayfi from the Netherlands, an experienced Ishanga for Inner Engineering instructor associated with the Inner Engineering program designed by Sadhguru.

Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, appreciated the initiative, saying, “Mental and emotional health are as important as academic excellence. Such sessions help our students and faculty align their inner and outer growth.”

During the session, Al-Sarayfi introduced participants to the core principles of Inner Engineering—an approach that integrates the body, mind, emotions, and energy for personal transformation. He emphasized the importance of meditation and self-awareness in managing stress and achieving overall well-being.

Dr Parveen Kataria, Director General, Aryans Group mentioned that the guided meditation segment allowed students and faculty to experience a sense of calm and clarity, leaving them rejuvenated and inspired.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and staff across various departments. Aryans Group of Colleges continues to organize such motivational and wellness programs to promote holistic education.
