A PCR Call dated 07.08.2022 at 18:49hrs. was received at P.S. Jagat Puri, Delhi mentioning that *”Near Police Station Jagat Puri, Parwana Road, Caller ne Batlaya ki abhinav naam ka ladka hai jiska patang ke manje se gala cut gaya tha jisko MAX Patparganj Me admit karwa diya hai”.*
Thereafter, Police reached at spot i.e. Nala Road and it was found that one motorcycle bearing No. DL3SEY-1375 was found on the spot and some blood was also found and the patient has already removed by the Public person and admitted at MAX Hospital, Patparganj, Delhi. On the statement of eyewitness Danish S/o Mohd. Malik R/o H.No. C-59, Gali No. 4, Radhey Shyam Park, Jagat Puri, Delhi a case vide FIR No. 547/2022, dated 07.08.2022, U/s 188/338 IPC was registered at P.S. Jagat Puri, Delhi.
(SUBHEAD)It is further submitted that Mr. Danish, 22yrs old,who is the eyewitness of this case immediately taken the patient Abhinav at MAX Hospital by an Auto immediately. During the travelling, his clothes were also become blood stained. The efforts of Mr. Danish is highly appreciated and the patient is under treatment at MAX Hospital, Patparganj, Got operated and in ICU and now he is in stable condition.Victim Abhinav,22yrs old, did Bcom(.Hon) in JNU&Preparing for MBA through Times coaching institute, Connaught place, on his way from Newdelhi to Jagatpuri where his sister is married and he is staying with her at her residence and preparing for PG . Originally he is from Badarpur,SE dist.
Further , during the special raid in the market areas, two cases vide FIR Nos. (1) 546/2022, dated 07.08.2022, U/s 188 IPC, P.S. Jagat Puri has been registered against the accused Mohd. Sabir S/o Mohd. Anwar R/o H.No. C-1, New Govindpura, Sanjay Park, Jagat Puri, Delhi, on his shop one cartoon containing 218 illegal manjas have been recovered. (2) FIR No. 546/2022, dated 07.08.2022, U/s 188 IPC, P.S. Jagat Puri has been registered against the accused Sanjay Sachdeva S/o Sh. Sundar Lal Sachdeva R/o H.No. 7, Gali No. 7, Parwana Road, Jagat Puri, Delhi the four charkhis of plastic manjas have been recovered on his shop. All the cases are under investigation.
