Delhi Court sent the accused Aaftab to Judicial Custody for at leat 13 days. He was arrested on the charge of murder of Shardha and cut into pieces and thrown out to forests of Mehrauli.
In this connection case FIR No. 659/22 U/S 365/302/201 IPC was registered in Mehrauli Police station. Mr. Sagar Preet Hooda, IPS, Special CP/Law & Order, Zone II, said , Police has initiated the legal process for production of the accused for further proceedings in the Polygraph Test.
He further told media that DNA Test report has not been received by police.
