CHANDIGARH POLICE SOLVED MURDER CASE,, ONE ARRESTED

ACase FIR no. 08 dated 19.01.2023 U/S 302,34 IPC PS 39, Chandigarh was registered on the statement of Sh. Binny S/o Rohtash R/o 520/1 Sector 38A Chandigarh.

He stated that on 18.01.2023, at about 10.15 PM, he went for walk to colony Sector-38, Chandigarh and he found that near mandir (temple) some youngsters were attacking upon his nephew Sahil s/o Ravi R/o # 520/1 Sector-38/A, Chandigarh Age 23 Years.

One boy attacked over the abdomen of his nephew with sharp edge weapon and others had hold Sahil from back and arms. They fled away from there after this deadly attack. During treatment at PGI Sahil has passed away due to injuries vide CR No. 1194424 dated 18.01.2023.

During the course of investigation, accusedGagan s/o Ravi r/o House No. 682/1, Sector-38/A, Chandigarh, age 18 ½ years has been arrested on the identification of complainant from Sector-38, Chandigarh on 20.01.2023. The accused produced before the Hon’ble court and two days police remand has been obtained accordingly.
